Fred Heintz
Fred specializes in identifying and implementing the proper integration of computer systems with best Lean Enterprise practices to meet a client’s profitable growth goals. His ability to lead and guide an organization through new software applications to support lean manufacturing provides clients sustained results.
Fred is an enthusiastic teacher and proponent of Lean Accounting practices and Inventory Management with a focus on minimizing business risks in asset management.
Fred’s background and experience includes:
Ø Worked on over 25 systems implementations, with roles ranging from Project Manager, Lean Accounting Applications, Systems Analyst, Business Process Lead, Training, and Documentation
Ø Working with diverse systems on a variety of projects including Distribution, Manufacturing, Physical Inventory as well as full ERP, ranging from PC based to AS400 and SAP. These implementations have been across North America
Ø Management and Leadership positions in; Customer Service, Production Planning and Support, and Government Accounting Management
Ø Fred has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Central Connecticut State University. He has achieved both CPIM and CIRM certification, and is an active member of the Hartford, Connecticut APICS chapter. He is also a member of ASUG (America's SAP User's Group) and IMA (Institute of Management Accountants).
Using the broad range of business skills developed over his career, Fred brings change to current processes, while keeping the business core competencies, and maximizing the effectiveness of software implementation in support of Lean Manufacturing.
