Steve specializes in systems design using sound business analysis to best meet the clients needs. He is an expert RPG programmer, but his greatest asset is the ability to incorporate his business knowledge into the programming process. He can take user functional specifications and return a solution better than requested by the user.
Steve’s background and experience includes:
Ø Business and Systems analyst. Technical background in systems design, system development and programming. Experienced in problem solving, data analysis, conversions and report development.
Ø Steve has been involved with over 30 implementations of packaged ERP software and upgrades as well as developing and programming custom systems. Experienced with AS/400, Visual Basic, and SAP.
Ø Comfortable with relational database design, scripts, views, indexes, and database tuning. Steve has worked with Oracle, IBM DB2, SQL Server, and Access.
Ø Has worked on projects ranging from a quick 2 month software implementation to a global single instance SAP implementation.
Ø Steve has a Computer Science degree with +20 years of progressive hands on experience.
Using his wide scope of systems and business skills, Steve has the ability to show a client how to take full advantage of their software. He has a knack for combining multiple technologies to arrive at the best method of solving a problem. His greatest passion is delivering a solution which exceeds the customer’s expectations and specifications.
